Right - you don't upload the pics, you just link to wherever they are kept online. So, first off you need to get the URL of the pic. Easiest way is once you've found the pic you want, right click on it, go to properties and there it is. Copy the URL, return to this thread, reply as you normally would and then click on the little image icon which automatically give you the code you need ( [/img]). Then replace 'URL' with the url of the pic and hey presto...
