any chance of playing Gas Giant at Bull & Gate, would love to hear that live...
failing that, Pay To Play would be a good substitute..
See you this Friday!

Gig progress update: Lincoln was AWESOME. We are always made SO welcome by the mighty Steve whenever we play the Bivouac, it's always a total pleasure. As it turned out, we played pretty well too, so everyone was happy Cheers to everyone who was there and who stuck around to jabber with us afterwards - we will be back! P.S. If you live anywhere near Lincoln, you could do a lot worse than checking out Happy Mess (Happymess?), whom I enjoyed very much indeed.

Further gig update: Trillans (Newcastle) was also ace. Once again the show was a blast, and as it was my birthday, DJ Steve saw to it that I was supplied with a constant stream of various shots (cheers for that) and safe passage to the nearest local rock club to continue the drinking. Which we did. Props are due to the guys from Blinded By Noise, who were our gracious hosts for this phase of the evening (cheers for the shirts too!), and also respect to Metal Andy - anyone who wants to talk to me about guitars will always be a winner in my book More booze ensued, followed by an eventual retreat to the peaceful confines of the local Travelodge...... which, by the addition of a copious glug of Absinthe was (as far as I can tell) where myself and Ry sustained various cuts and bruises from a series of ill advised 'corridor sprints'. Bad hangover. Newcastle still rules.
