Is it acceptable for me to add another one? I had a fucking blast, so I guess a "WOO" is appropriate. We busted out a set of half old stuff and half new ones, and i'm pretty sure we didn't fuck them up beyond *all* recognition, so i'd call that a victory. It's Monday afternoon now, and my neck is still aching Thanks to all who came down, especially the Uxbridge... er.... massive (that word is still "in", right? ) who came a hell of a long way for the show - hope you got back in good time for a few more bevvies, gents.

I believe the word massive is still in and a good time was had by the massive. New stuff sounded as I expected rifftastic so congrats on that. Sadly though it was half two by the time we got back and the combination of greasy kebab and plus cramped car journey meant the only thing i was fit for was bed, still an ace night though

Yes indeed - I can confirm that we will supported on Saturday by the Oxygen Thief himself.
Add to that the fact that the Wunderbar is pretty much our favourite place to gig in the entire world, entry is absolutely free and also that it will probably be the last gig we do until Nov/Dec, and you really do need a very good reason not to come along...

LSB are excited to announce a second acoustic gig, this time in Kidderminster, hometown of the legends that are Led Zeppelin's Robert Plant and Rich LSB.
Support at both gigs comes from long-time LSB compadre, the dashing Oxygen Thief.
Additional support at the Louisiana comes from Neil Two Day Rule.
Expect a mix of old LSB tracks, a few carefully-selected covers and even a healthy portion of brand-spanking-new numbers from their anticipated (very loud, non-acoustic) 3rd album, due for release on Sugar Shack Records in early 2009.

Well the marathon 2 gig acoustic tour is officially underway. Last night at The Louey was fun of the highest order, and I think we even managed to play pretty well despite my losing my voice for a comically croaky run through Kerbdog's 'Mexican Wave'. Thanks to all who came down, and major credit to everyone who played - I realised afterwards that in all the excitement I forgot to say how much we appreciated and enjoyed Epok, Rufus T Firefly and, as ever, the mighty Oxygen Thief. Roll on Kidderminster.

Well, we're now back to full prescription strength following Ry's return to Blighty, and last night marked the first full electric rehearsal in what seems like longer than the three months that it apparently was. I'm understating the point when I say that it felt great to be pumping out the decibels again, and I was pleasantly surprised that we managed to find our way around the new material pretty well (I guess the million and a half listens that we've each had of the new album to date may have helped). Kicking maximum volume arse is the new black.
