Following the long-overdue release of our 2005 studio diary (see leftsidebrain.proboards27.com/index.cgi?board=general&action=display&thread=225 for links), we are in the process of raiding the video archives for never-before-seen live footage and band home videos. We start with three live tracks from the Fony tour in May 2006. The entire set was filmed by Redemption TV and these three songs were then broadcast over the subsequent months on what is now Rockworld TV.

Ah yes, that was the day that we had to finally let go of our dearly held dream of one day hosting our very own chat show. It turns out that handiness with the manipulation of high volume Rock thrills doth not a scintillating television personality guarantee. Being on telly is HARD.

I dunno, I can imagine us on TV... "WHEN CHAT GOES WRONG".
Point a camera at us and it might as well be an industrial charisma sucking machine.

Battered? Sadly not. The lot of the travelling band is that you can count on one hand the times that we've played away from Bristol and managed to get wazzed in the venue. That usually happens in the Travelodge afterwards (if we're very lucky), at whoever's house we're crashing at (more likely) or in one of our houses, cracking the first booze at about 2am after 3 hours on the M4 (the rest of the time). This third option is often coupled with the prospect of going to work in the morning. Rock and motherfucking roll!

Yeah sadly my band have yet to experience any real "travelling band" experience, unless you count driving up the A40 into Londinium and back. The only time I managed to get wazzed after our own gig was when the gig was 5mins from my house.
Travelodge however is a different matter. We've road-tripped to see loads of bands (you and Reuben included) and left many a Travelodge with a rather satisfied smile on our faces, wishing only that the "do not disturb" sign had "we came, we saw, we got real messed up" written on the back for us to hang as we left...

Yeah man they are some pretty darn tasty acoustic morsels... "Mexican Wave" reminded me that I was supposed to be sending you guys some copied Kerbdog DVD's, but since I said that I have become the proud owner of a bouncing baby Mac and I have no fucking idea how to copy DVD's on it... I'm working on it...
