Nice one - don't forget to bring as near to a million friends as you can manage. Exposure to our latest barrage of brand new riffage is the greatest gift that you could give them, and they will learn to love you for it in time.

Left Side Brain regret to announce that they have had to cancel all dates on the forthcoming November 2005 tour due to a serious family illness.
Having dedicated the last 6 months almost entirely to writing and recording the 2nd album, we were particularly looking forward to finishing the year by getting back on the road. However, this sad turn of events has left us with no choice but to postpone until the New Year. We sincerely apologise to everyone who was planning on coming out to see us play.
However, rest assured that the album is finished and is waiting in the wings with the simple aim of knocking your ears clean off. Then repeatedly stamping on them. With a pair of prototype size-13 riff-delivery boots. There are also tentative plans for the available members of LSB to still perform at the Wunderbar in Midsomer Norton on Saturday 26th November. More on this as it develops.
In the meantime, the more inquisitive among you can read the band's recording diaries on the messageboard, which includes exciting news of a very special guest's contribution to the album. Expect more pictures, video diaries and further album launch info very soon.
Once again, apologies for the cancellations but bear with us while we work behind the scenes to ensure you receive you a barrage of superlative LSB activity in the early new year.
G, Oli, Rich & Ryan

It looks as though LSB will be doing an acoustic set at the Wunderbar on 26th November. More details as we get them...

Mental note: Must get good at the guitar in time for acoustic gig. Not sure I fancy the idea of not being able to hide my ham fisted technique behind all of that lovely crunch....

why not hide this so-called "ham fisted technique" behind a disguise of crazy headbanging+sweaty drenched shouting?
works for me...

i've an idea - why not counteract the sitting-down-ness by sitting, not on stools, but on one of those bucking bronco things?
