Today's brain jukebox is playing 'Dance' by the mighty Danko Jones, as it is the ringtone on my phone and people seem to be phoning me a lot today.
New Danko Jones LP scheduled for late this year - to say that I am looking forward to it would be a gross understatement.

I'm currently listening to the sound of my brain going:
"SHIT SHIT SHIT SHIT SHIT leaving for easter in a few hours and haven't packed anything"
over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over ....
i'll start once i've left my mark on the mtv2 messageboard... and had a bit of a riff sesh... and eaten... and... argh!

This is correct. That last Killswitch album was of a ridiculously high standard, and rocks extremely hard indeed. I'm a complete sucker for any band with that many squealy riffs

I bought a Killing Joke CD for £5 from FOPP and they accidently put a Killswitch Engage album in the box. Confused the hell out of me. I listened to about half of it thinking - my god, I never knew Killing Joke did such a metal album?! - then I looked at the CD. D'oh.

Good shit indeed - they may as well've called themselves The Scatmen Rediscovering a load of ace albums again at the moment: Groop Dogdrill - Every Six Seconds Tool - Lateralus Led Zeppelin - Entire back catalogue

Ah, nice to see we're getting a head of steam up again on this thread... must be the improving weather.... Today's dose of rock entertainment has been provided by the album 'Roll On' by The Living End. I always seem to forget how damn good a band they are and find myself 'rediscovering' them maybe once a year. Maybe i'll learn THIS time...
