He probably had eczema. "I love it when my hands come together (and I don't get skin flakes all over the dashboard)"

On the weekend I finally reached the 26th and conclusive episode of the mighty 'Neon Genesis - Evangelion', and I can honestly say that it kicked my arse in about 15 different directions - that is one hell of a series. My mind is officially blown. By huge kickbotty robots.

Neon Genesis Evangelion bumf for the interested: reviews.theotaku.com/view.php?action=retrieve&id=3If you're not averse to a bit of anime, you will definitely not be averse to a slice of this. It also seems that WETA are in the process of doing a live action film of it... quite an undertaking.

'Dig!'... brilliant, tragic and just plain hilarious fly-on-the-wall doco about the rivalry between two L.A. indie bands - The Dandy Warhols and The Brian Jonestown Massacre.
Even if you don't like the music (you won't), it's the best rockumentary since 'Some Kind of Monster'... only starring even bigger egotistical maniacs.

King Kong... It's no masterpiece, but by god it's got a 30ft ape clobbering enormous dinosaurs. What's not to like?

went to see Narnia last night - awesome film, wonderful cgi graphics, moving score...bloody annoying children tho (I found myself rooting for the witch more than once) All I have left to say on the matter is that you should go and see it... and that I hope you enjoy these two pictures, which I am posting entirely at random and not trying to infer anything at all please don't hurt me...

You just need a red scarf and some goatskin shorts (a la Dragnet) and the look would be complete I watched 'Spongebob Squarepants: The Movie' last night. Also recently watched an amazing film recently called 'The Spanish Prisoner'. From the late-nineties, I think. Just as intelligent and twisty turny as 'The Usual Suspects'... it's almost *that* good. Oh, and it's got Steve Martin in it too.

Good AND Steve Martin in it? It must be from the 70's/80's

Saw Steamboy - the latest film by the dude who did Akira and Metropolis (both works of genius), and it is fucking immensely good. I want a steam powered amp.
