As a thinly veiled attempt to get people to post more regularly, here's one of those 'what are you listening to?' threads.
I am currently listening to Reuben - 'Racecar is racecar backwards'. Fucking spot on! Continues to impress with each listen.

DANKO JONES - BORN A LION Anyone else heard this? It is completely blinding.
In other news.... New Beastie Boys album, Goatboy 'Dook Of Oil', Anthrax 'Sound Of White Noise' (which staggers wildly between the incredible and the shameful), Mastodon 'Remission'.
Looking forward to: new Eden Maine album.
"Yo" to Edd & Emma...

The second Throat album that never was was going to be a fucking classic, sadly we must merely bask in its potential majesty through the medium of unreleased demos. Mightily fine ones, mind.

My brain has totally surrendered to NOFX's quite awesome 'Pump Up The Valium' and various tracks from it have been queuing up to play on a constant loop in my head for about 5 days now - I am currently trying to evict it (before I wear it out) by thinking as hard as I can about Kerbdog's 'On The Turn'. NOFX remain stubborn - this could be a tough couple of days....

James Yorkston - Going Up Country Blueneck - new album tracks (awesome) Glen Campbell - Galveston Mogwai - Rock Action
Quiet is the new loud but, *like*, dur, quieter.
Speaking of Galveston, why don't british bands sing about places in Britain? I'm determined to write a song called 'Stockport-on-Tees'.
